Which types of social media platforms does Dream Hammer manage?
Dream Hammer can provide social media management services for Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin profiles. (TikTok & Twitter coming soon)
Are services refundable?
After making a purchase, when a user purchases a new service, the user will have 72 hour period after the time of purchase to request for a full refund. Any refund requests made after the 72 hour period is non refundable.
For a cancellation of reoccurring service users will have a 24 hour period to cancel service and request a refund for the service purchased.
How many edits and updates am I eligible for as a non-member
Dream Hammer members have unlimited edit and upload requests, that can be made using the Dream Hammer convenience app.
Non members are eligible for Dream Hammer edits dependent upon the service package(s) purchased. Edits expire 30 days after the initial purchase.
Where can I make special digital marketing service requests?
You can make special service requests by going to the clients tab on our website, then navigating to special service requests.
Special requests include digital marketing services that we don't advertise services for. These services require Dream Hammer to collect more detailed specific individual information. You will need to schedule a virtual meeting with us when you make your request for one of our special services. Some of those services include but are not limited to:
App Store - Google Play Store app builds
Website builds
Landing pages
Email Campaigns
SMS implementation
Graphic Design
HD geo-tagged business photography
Property listing drone footage
Cyber Security Implementation

Dream Hammer is currently on Instagram. Follow us @ dream_hammer to receive special services, discounts, and updates. :)
How to purchase Dream Hammer Services?
If you are a member you can purchase new or reoccurring Dream Hammer services by navigating to our Dream Hammer mobile app.
If you are a non member you can purchase Dream Hammer services by navigating to the service shop tab, and scanning the QR code, where you will be directed to the Dream Hammer Demo app.
*NOTE* you need to complete profile registration for your business profile before you can receive Dream Hammer services. We are can not legally provide management services for your business without completing profile registration.
How does customer responding work?
When you register your businesses profile, we will ask specific questions about your customer base, and how your business runs on a day-to-day basis. This information helps us quickly direct your customers to the information they are looking for.
In the event that a customer asks a question that we don't have the answer to, we direct them to how they can get in contact with the business or business owner.
We respond to every comment customers leave on your businesses profile. Responding to negative customer comments helps build trust in the long term because it shows that your business values the concerns of its customers.
Can you tell me more about the rapid responding service
Rapid Responding and +Rapid Responding are ad-on features, that can be purchased to shorten the range of our guaranteed response times. We assign dedicated Dream Hammer agents to your profile account.
Rapid Responding takes your guaranteed response time from 30 min or less to 10 minutes or less
+Rapid Responding takes your guaranteed wait time to 5 minutes or less
